Established (20+ years) private company hiring mature generalist engineers and developers to work remotely full-time. Candidates must be self-motivated, able to work independently, strong in written and verbal English, comfortable with Unix, experienced across multiple languages, and focused on reducing technical debt, building reliable systems, and shipping production code. Roles include backend servers (C, concurrency, distributed computing; Java), infrastructure tooling, frontend (JavaScript/TypeScript/React and advanced browser UIs), artificial intelligence (neural networks, AI workflows, AI models), and product design (spec and build clean UIs/dashboards).
