Hiring for two roles: Head of Engineering & Infrastructure (full ownership of engineering and infrastructure teams, ensure performance and reliability for 12M+ members) and Senior DevOps Engineer (implement infrastructure upgrades, DB tuning, Kubernetes/Helm orchestration, monitoring, security, maintain Rails monolith, CI/CD, participate in on-call rotation and automate DevOps tasks).
