CEF AI builds an AI-first data automation platform for secure, decentralized orchestration of agents that compute directly on encrypted data streams. Small team, high ownership, low bureaucracy. Responsibilities: AI Innovator: prototype and ship production AI features quickly; extend multi-agent orchestration; design private/sovereign data pipelines and dynamic indexing; collaborate with founders to turn research into product. Principal SWE: own core platform architecture; design and scale distributed backends/APIs; build developer experience (SDKs/CLI); lead reviews and mentorship; drive 0→1 projects with strong reliability and observability. Qualifications: track record taking systems from concept to scale and to revenue; deep backend/systems skills (Go, Rust, Kotlin or similar); strong CI/CD and testing discipline; experience with distributed real-time data infrastructure; privacy/security minded; hands-on AI product experience (CV, NLP, LLMs/agents); clear communication and product intuition.
