We build AI that companies actually run in production (not demos). You ship customer-facing LLM apps end-to-end: discovery → build → rollout. You sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer teams. Interesting problems you’ll work on: Turning messy workflows and data into reliable RAG/agent systems; Making prototypes production-ready (latency, evals, reliability, security); Building repeatable solutions that scale across customers.
