Healthesystems provides medical cost management solutions for the workers' compensation industry, including PBM, Clinical Review Services, and Ancillary Benefits Management. The Principal Appian Engineer will establish and govern Appian design patterns, development standards, and platform governance across the organization, define best practices, enforce architectural principles, ensure consistency in Appian application development, and architect/implement integrations between Appian and existing technologies including containerized microservices on Kubernetes and SQL Server.
