Role details
Responsibilities
- Work with the strategy team to ideate and develop engaging influencer campaigns
- Generate thoughtful target lists of influencers based on campaign KPIs
- Craft detailed creator briefs around key program objectives and creative goals
- Assist with negotiating and executing contracts with influencers
- Onboard and oversee creators as they plug into the overall marketing program
- Serve as the main point of contact for creators, maintaining daily communication with them and their reps
- Ensure that creator content meets brand standards
- Stay up to date on social media and creator trends
- Assist with managing campaign budgets to ensure profitability

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience with a brand or agency in a similar capacity
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in data analysis tools
- Excellent at presentation software like Google Slides
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to articulate campaign goals and objectives
