Description

Ever wanted to work in the UK rail-ticketing retail space? Our API powers some of the most established and recognisable brands in the rail retail space (particularly where split-ticketing is involved) such as TrainSplit, SplitMyFare, Railboard and others. We provide both B2C and B2B services. We are a remote-first organisation; we have engineers in a variety of locations across the UK. If you’re based near Glasgow, Warwickshire or London then you’d be able to work collaboratively in-person with our team members as much as you find useful. This role will be focussed on working on our B2C Android app for TrainSplit. We’d like to bring on-board a new developer into our small engineering team to add new functionality, keep the app up-to-date and fix reported bugs. For more information about the role and our Android application’s architecture, please see https://trainsplit.com/android-developer (PDF). For questions send us an email to careers AT trainsplit.com. To apply, email a copy of your CV to the same email address. We’re currently looking for a backend software engineer to work on our industry-leading API and associated services. We’re looking for someone UK-based who will be able to work on our .NET-based services which are written in C#. We have a variety of smaller services written in Golang, too. For more information about the role and our API’s architecture, please see https://trainsplit.com/backend-engineer (PDF). For questions send us an email to careers AT trainsplit.com. To apply, email a copy of your CV to the same email address. No agencies, please and unfortunately, we are unable to accept applications from candidates who do not have the right to work in the UK.
