We’re looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to own our technical design system and architecture. You’ll work at the intersection of culture and technology, delivering high-performance, accessible experiences for public-facing and internal apps. Role: lead the front-end codebase, design a reusable component library, and mentor the team. Focus on lightweight, modern web standards over heavy JS frameworks. Requirements: 5+ years of experience, expert JavaScript/CSS, and deep Rails ecosystem knowledge. Stack: Ruby on Rails, Tailwind CSS, Stimulus.
