Brand Hackers

Social Media Exec role supporting 2-4 challenger brands at a time. Responsibilities include content planning, content creation (static assets and social-first video, mainly Instagram and TikTok), copywriting for posts and captions, community management (comments and DMs), influencer outreach (building lists, outreach, briefing, send-outs), leading brand partnerships end-to-end, reporting on performance, and overall coordination including photoshoots and sample send-outs. Requires relevant social media management experience (or strong personal brand examples), creativity, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and excellent project/time management. Comfortable using social-first platforms/tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, and CapCut.
