We’re building Graphite to help high-performing engineering teams run faster, cleaner code reviews. Our product is already used by some of the world’s best developers, and we’re just getting started! We’re hiring experienced engineers across the stack. Candidates should care deeply about code quality, system design, and scaling software responsibly; have a strong product sense and enjoy collaborating closely with design & product teams; experience with AI-driven workflows or prompt engineering or interest in developer tooling is a plus; and be product-driven and quality-obsessed.
