Reimagining property management for 10M+ small landlords — no dashboards, just chat. 30+ signups and 16 landlords piloting our MVP in a few weeks. Day Zero role: you’ll be the founding mobile engineer, co-architecting Kove’s future. Stack → React Native (Expo), Supabase, NestJS, GPT-4o-mini, serverless + caching. MVP: lease parsing, rent reminders, maintenance triage, Q&A agents. Next: predictive + financial agents → Kove as the AI OS for landlords. Ground-floor equity. Direct impact. Frontier AI challenges.
