Evercast is a fast growing, innovative SaaS company that has developed a remote collaboration / remote workflow solution which is being utilized by many major Hollywood studios, OTT streaming providers and advertising/creative agencies. We're pushing the boundaries of what's possible in videoconferencing, with a focus on high-quality, low-latency collaboration in film, television, and gaming. We're not just saying that - we're running up against the limits of what's possible in the browser, and we're looking for ways to do what nobody else can do. If you're a talented C++ developer, we might have a place for you. Besides C++ skills, WebRTC knowledge is a big asset. Experience with C#, Swift, Janus, and codec programming are also nice to have. The Client Support Agent serves as the primary point of contact for Evercast clients and is expected to provide high quality information through customer service and technical support.
