Description

MindFort AI is hiring founding-level roles: a founding engineer (Backend Software Engineer, AI) and an AI Researcher. The company builds autonomous AI security agents that pen test software—finding, exploiting, and patching vulnerabilities—before attackers do. Backend + AI role: architect and scale agent systems from scratch using Python, Postgres, Docker, K8s, and LangChain/LangGraph. AI Researcher role: own research behind how agents reason, plan, and chain exploits, including LLM fine-tuning, RL, eval design, and multi-agent systems. Cybersecurity background is a plus but not required (for backend) and security or red-teaming background is a plus (for AI researcher). Both roles include founding-level equity, 100% health coverage, and unlimited PTO.
