We’re an AI agent that automates pricing and promotions for short-term rental operators on Booking.com and Airbnb. Bootstrapped to real revenue, recently funded, small team. The role is the founding ML/data hire fixing the approach from rules-based toward data-driven. You will work with Booking.com private API data, Airbnb channel data, and scraped competitive pricing across thousands of properties. Responsibilities include shipping clean production Python in a Django codebase, thinking in experiments, understanding correlation vs causation (time series a plus), and using frontier AI coding tools/agents to ship fast. You should have startup experience and thrive in ambiguity.
