Flow Traders is a leading proprietary trading firm with an entrepreneurial and innovative tech culture. They are looking for Research Engineers in their Hong Kong office. The role involves building and scaling the research framework behind systematic trading models, working closely with Quantitative Researchers, driving end-to-end ML pipelines, and shaping global standards for data-driven model development. Research Engineers share responsibility for conducting research and delivering models. Requirements include 8+ years in ML/Data Science/Research Engineering (Postdoc/Faculty can count), strong Python with Ray, numpy, PyTorch, pandas, solid math/stats background, and experience with modern development practices and cloud technologies.
