Acrylic Robotics

Acrylic Robotics is a creative tech company focused on changing how people design and create art. They build software that learns a person's taste in art, ML design tools that turn it into a concept, and robots that create the concept with paint on canvas for commissioned original artwork at an affordable price. They are hiring an ML Lead to own the model side: take a user's intent and references, turn them into concepts the user can refine through feedback, and produce brushwork-level instructions for robots to paint. This would be the first dedicated ML hire, helping set the technical direction, shipping the first real end-to-end version, and building out the team behind them. Company is based in Montreal, QC and is open to a hybrid position for the right person.
