As a Training Specialist at Playlist, you will design, develop, and deliver training to help internal teams, customers, and external partners build confidence with Kite. Responsibilities include creating scalable training programs aligned to business and customer goals; developing customer onboarding programs and on-camera instructional videos; facilitating virtual training sessions and webinars; partnering with stakeholders to assess needs and coordinate learning resources; keeping training content aligned with product updates and workflows; piloting new training approaches; and evaluating effectiveness using feedback, participation data, completion rates, and performance metrics. You will also maintain training materials to ensure they are accurate, current, and easy to use. Occasional travel may be required. Experience required: 5+ years in customer service, customer success, or training in a SaaS business; 2+ years creating and delivering training/onboarding/certification programs; 2+ years using an LMS to design, create, and deliver training. Familiarity with Intellum is a plus. Strong communication and adult learning/instructional design knowledge are required, including experience creating accessible learning content.
