Carrot is building an all-in-one platform for cannabis dispensaries covering ecommerce, loyalty, marketing, and delivery. The Product Designer will work directly with the Head of Product to design consumer-facing ecommerce experiences and complex admin workflows, owning the full design lifecycle from user research through implementation and helping evolve the design system. Required: strong product design fundamentals, autonomy through the full development lifecycle, Figma expertise with complex component systems, and comfort designing for visual polish and interaction complexity.
