- Work with response patterns and timing data

- Build or improve dashboards and support model evaluation

Riot IQ is building RIOT IQ, a professional online IQ testing and cognitive assessment platform for psychologists, researchers, clinicians, employers, institutions, and curious individuals. The company is US based and 100% remote. The team is hiring software engineers, full stack engineers, product designers, design engineers, and AI native fresh grads. The most interesting project is building an AI-based human intelligence predictor using Riot IQ’s in-house assessment data, involving response patterns, timing data, item performance, scoring, validation, dashboards, model evaluation, privacy, and product UX. The work may span a variety of areas related to predicting human intelligence. What matters most: strong product sense; clear communication; high ownership; taste in software, design, and user experience; fast learning; interest in AI, cognitive science, psychometrics, or research tools. Useful experience includes TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node, Postgres, Python, data pipelines, ML workflows, dashboards, and research tools.
