Description
Remote opportunity with travel to Sydney as required. Strategic and operational People and Culture leadership role reporting to the Chief of Staff and as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. Lead People & Culture strategy and workforce planning; strengthen organisational culture, engagement and leadership capability; partner with leaders through organisational change and transformation; build contemporary people systems, frameworks and processes; lead employee and industrial relations matters; support workforce capability, retention and succession planning; drive psychosocial safety, wellbeing and trauma-informed practice; oversee organisational development initiatives, remuneration frameworks and workforce planning; provide strategic workforce advice and insights to the Executive and Board. Requires experienced senior People & Culture/HR leadership, expertise in organisational development, workforce planning and change management, strong knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations, and exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
