Description
First hire outside the three co-founders to own infrastructure, DevOps, and compliance. Transition build pipeline from manual updates to automated delivery scaling to thousands of agencies. Manage infrastructure across AWS, GCP, Azure and AI providers, and own CJIS and SOC2 compliance. Work in a small, AI-native SWAT team using tools like Cursor and Claude; no sprints or daily standups.
