  • 1–3 years eCommerce customer service experience

The role is for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to support customers across email, chat, and social channels. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, processing orders/returns/refunds/amendments, escalating issues when needed with clear ticket notes, participating in team training and QA, and meeting daily productivity and quality standards. Full-time (5 days/week) with occasional weekends and Sydney hours (AEST); fully remote.
