Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally via email, chat, and social channels
- Process returns, refunds, and order amendments
- Escalate issues when needed and keep clear ticket notes
- Participate in team training, QA, and meetings
- Meet daily productivity and quality standards
Requirements
- 1–3 years eCommerce customer service experience
- Strong written English and professional communication
- Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Cin7, Loop (or similar)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and great at time management

The role is for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to support customers across email, chat, and social channels. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, processing orders/returns/refunds/amendments, escalating issues when needed with clear ticket notes, participating in team training and QA, and meeting daily productivity and quality standards.
