Description
Early-stage engineering role as the third engineer at Lift AI, building software for the elevator industry. You'll migrate an acquired Firebase/Firestore field product to a Django/PostgreSQL backend (including offline sync replacement), define API contracts, and help architect AI features (invoice dispute agent and others). Work closely with CTO (Central Time), one other engineer, and Chief of Product. No QA or DevOps team; you own what you build. Async collaboration (Slack, GitHub PRs, Linear), Shape Up 4-week cycles, no on-call rotation, no evening releases.
