Description
Key Account Executive (GT) (DETS + FOOD). Drive sales and distribution for company products; manage allocated territory and customers. Achieve sales targets by visiting markets, driving sales, and understanding the RS system; analyze how to improve competitive position via improved customer service. Negotiate with RS and develop people to manage customers and obtain more business. Monitor competitive activities and provide feedback to the branch on appropriate actions to counter them. Monitor systematically RS performance and RS sales team performance and take corrective action (infrastructure gaps). Minimum 3-5 years experience in General Trade and Channel Sales; ROI calculations and distributor handling. Requirements: minimum full-time graduation, minimum 3 years channel sales experience, excellent in ROI calculations & RS distribution management, well-versed with RS appointment & sales planning, conducting promotional activities and execution, decent communication in English and local language desired.
