Description

INNERGY is transforming the woodworking industry with purpose-built, cloud-based ERP software for custom manufacturers. The Education Specialist builds and leads education initiatives to acquire customers and enhance user adoption, engagement, and proficiency with INNERGY solutions. Responsibilities include developing and delivering educational content (webinars, workshops, video tutorials, documentation, interactive training), facilitating live and virtual training sessions for different roles and experience levels, partnering with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to identify pain points, performing simple video editing, representing INNERGY publicly through presentations and workshops, supporting product launches, planning and executing customer education events (including conferences, workshops, webinars, logistics, technology setup, registration, rehearsals, scripting, slide decks, post-event wrap-up), executing online/virtual events (video organization, registration creation, Zoom and CVENT webinar setup), collaborating with marketing on event campaigns, and advising customers by identifying education needs and providing relevant learning solutions. The role tracks education impact on satisfaction and retention, implements strategies to increase adoption via self-service learning and guided training, analyzes usage data and feedback to optimize offerings, and runs post-event surveys using SurveyMonkey. Qualifications include experience delivering technical/software training (manufacturing/design/CAD-CAM/SaaS preferred), strong presentation/communication skills, valued understanding of woodworking/cabinetry/millwork processes, proficiency with BricsCAD, Microvellum Toolbox, or related tools preferred, strong interpersonal skills, organization and adaptability (including travel schedules), experience with Teams/Zoom or equivalent, and willingness to travel frequently across Australia and occasionally internationally.
