Responsibilities
- Own the developer narrative across Conductr, Railengine, Railtracks, and Agent Evaluations
- Turn the developer story into adoption through technical content
- Create and deliver demos
- Produce documentation
- Run community programs
- Drive open source growth
- Establish direct feedback loops with product and engineering
- Define clear messaging across Conductr, Railengine, Railtracks, and Agent Evaluations, including competitive positioning.
- Design and execute a developer-first go-to-market motion across launches, onboarding, and activation.
- Oversee and often personally produce deep technical blogs, tutorials, guides, architecture breakdowns, demos, and conference talks.
- Build relationships in AI, Python, and DevOps communities, and expand presence across GitHub, dev communities, and social channels.
- Drive adoption and contributions for Railtracks, including integrations, contribution guidelines, and community governance.
- Act as the voice of the developer internally, surface onboarding friction, and influence the product roadmap to reduce time-to-value.
- Define and track developer growth and activation metrics, open source growth, and conversion signals from free to paid.
Requirements
- 5+ years in developer advocacy, DevRel, technical product marketing, or similar developer-facing role
- Scaled a developer platform or technical audience
- Understand AI tooling, agents, and observability
- Can write code
- Can demo live
- Communicate clearly with both developers and executives
