Requirements
- Build with AI IDEs (Cursor, Claude Code) as a force multiplier (default workflow)
- Have shipped something with LLMs in production (agents, RAG, evals — not just wrappers)
- Comfortable owning a feature from idea to production without a lot of hand-holding
- Based in the US (SF Bay Area or LA strongly preferred)

You’ll be one of the first engineers and ship voice agents, multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, evals, and account intelligence features that touch real customers on day one.
