Seeking senior engineers to join an early-stage AI platform team. Backend Engineer (Kotlin/Java/Scala) to build enterprise integrations, large-scale scraping and parsing pipelines, and systems to apply LLMs to millions of documents. AI Engineer to build, evaluate, and deploy LLM-driven features (deep document analysis, interactive chat) with hands-on Python, ML system design, experimentation, and production reliability. Work involves models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini; bonuses for RAG and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face. In-person team building in NYC but open to remote applicants.
