SYSTABUILD is building a shared cloud and platform foundation for a group of software companies in the construction, CAD and ERP domain. They are looking for a Junior DevOps CI/CD Engineer to support and further develop CI/CD pipelines across multiple teams and repositories. Responsibilities include operating and improving development tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, SonarQube), standardizing pipelines/templates/workflows, integrating quality gates/security checks/automated testing into CI/CD, troubleshooting pipeline issues to improve build reliability, and supporting migration/integration of repositories, pipelines, and tooling across the SYSTABUILD group. The role also involves documenting tooling/processes/best practices for self-service and growing into more advanced DevOps/platform engineering responsibilities. Qualifications include hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitHub Enterprise), scripting/automation (Bash/PowerShell/Python), basic understanding of modern software development workflows (Git, PRs, branching strategies), initial experience with build and test automation for at least one ecosystem (e.g., .NET, Delphi, C++), familiarity with code quality tools like SonarQube, basic understanding of infrastructure/cloud concepts, willingness to learn Infrastructure as Code and security/cloud-native tooling, and good communication/collaborative mindset.
