Hiring for a full-time, 100% remote Staff Software Engineer to work on the ShiftUp platform stack. You will be one of the first five engineering hires, able to shape your role. Responsibilities include designing and implementing complex systems, shifting between systems design and coding (and supervising AI-assisted coding), designing features with the team, and talking to customers for feedback. Work includes building agents, workflows, RAG pipelines focused on quality (LLM chunking, metadata and graph generation, contextual embeddings), and durable workflows.
