Description
Remote bookkeeping role responsible for recording daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate ledgers, verifying receipts, making bank payments (cash/cheque), monitoring office expenses and vendor invoices, processing and maintaining payroll records, ensuring transactions are correctly entered, and preparing daily/monthly financial and statistical reports. Requirements include an unspecified number of years of bookkeeping experience, a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field, data entry experience, strong MS Office and accounting software skills, attention to detail, effective communication, integrity and confidentiality, and in-depth knowledge of bookkeeping procedures, best practices, and terminology.
