Based in Boston's Seaport, the company serves large employers and health systems. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll build and ship core systems behind Hike's AI healthcare platform, designing scalable services, implementing production AI, and delivering user experiences that improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities include architecting and optimizing high-performance, scalable systems, designing resilient serverless architectures in a TypeScript and AWS environment, developing developer-friendly APIs and SDKs, and building high-speed data processing pipelines for clinical-grade AI insights. Ideal candidate: AWS and TypeScript expert, experienced building and maintaining backend systems for real-time AI-driven applications, skilled in developer-facing SDKs/APIs, real-time data processing, secure and fault-tolerant systems. Product-minded, strong communicator, collaborative, driven to ship, and mission-focused. Compensation: $150K – $225K, offers equity, $15k relocation bonus (if necessary).
