Bonus points if you are familiar with browser performance profiling, search relevancy tuning, security, DevOps interest and experience, or have a demonstrated empathy for design. We are especially keen on talking with people with experience managing and indexing large volumes of data with ElasticSearch, or have general experience with scale.
