Role details
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and publishing content across client accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Managing day-to-day client communications in group chats (updates, approvals, questions)
- Posting Stories for clients at optimal times
- Basic community management (comments, DMs) where required
- Ensuring smooth handover of assets from the creative team to clients
- Flagging any major issues or strategic questions to the CEO
- Building and scheduling email campaigns in Kajabi / Go HighLevel
- Following provided templates, copy, and strategy you’re executing, not creating from scratch
- Monitoring email performance and flagging results
- Keeping email lists clean and segmented
Requirements
- Extremely organised; you love systems, checklists, and making sure nothing slips
- Excellent written communicator; professional, friendly, and clear
- Confident navigating social media platforms and scheduling tools (Asana, Later, Planoly, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Comfortable learning new tools; training will be provided on Kajabi and Go HighLevel
- Reliable and deadline-driven; if you say it’s done, it’s done
- Happy following systems; you don’t need to create the strategy, you just need to follow it well
- Looking for a stable role within an agency; not someone building their own business on the side
