Salary range $197,600-$236,500 plus benefits including 25 holidays and +18 days additional flexible PTO (increasing over time), 100% paid parental leave, 100% coverage of premium for employee and 75% for employee+family medical/dental/vision, wellness benefits, backup care support, employee assistance program, 401(k) with 4% match, employer-sponsored legal plans, life/disability insurance, and flexible spending accounts.

Description

KIPP Foundation is seeking a strategic, systems-oriented leader to serve as Vice President of People Operations, reporting to the Senior Vice President of People Operations. The role designs and drives an integrated, insights-driven talent strategy across the employee lifecycle—attracting and onboarding talent, developing, engaging, and retaining employees, and offboarding. Responsibilities include leading talent strategy and organizational alignment; overseeing talent systems and organizational effectiveness (recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, performance management, development, engagement, offboarding, and Total Rewards); establishing employee relations, policies, and risk management standards; leading and developing the Talent function (People Operations and Development & Growth) including performance management and goal setting systems; and partnering on workforce planning and culture priorities. Travel is moderate (up to 10%). The position is full-time and remote, with an option to work from a KIPP Foundation office in NYC or Chicago.
