Description
We’re hiring Staff Software Engineers at EquipmentShare — backend as well as full-stack — for a fully remote role building modern tools that solve real-world problems. If you thrive in ambiguous environments, take initiative, and balance technical depth with product thinking, this could be the right fit. We’re looking for engineers who have deep experience (~9 years+) building and scaling distributed systems, can lead end-to-end projects — from architecture to delivery, make sound technical decisions that support long-term business outcomes, mentor and support other engineers while staying hands-on, and collaborate well across functions — with product, design, and other teams.
