Description
Contract-to-hire Social Media Manager role responsible for developing and executing Crowned Skin’s social media and content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms. Manage daily posting and engagement, monitor trends/hashtags, collaborate with creative/influencer/growth teams, develop and manage the content calendar, oversee production of short-form videos and other content, and engage with followers (comments, DMs, live interactions). Track KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, CAC/LTV impact) and provide weekly/monthly reporting with recommendations. Support product and retail launch campaigns, optimize content for TikTok Shop and eCommerce storytelling, and test creative formats with analytics/growth teams. Requirements include strong understanding of social platforms, hands-on content creation (video editing, copywriting, photography), data-driven optimization, and project management skills. Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of social media/content marketing experience preferred; DTC/beauty/grooming/CPG high-growth experience preferred.
