Responsibilities
- Architect systems to process and personalize massive marketing datasets in near real time
- Deliver best-in-class agentic interactions deeply integrated with the company’s systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver agentic interactions integrated with systems
- Architect a clean React frontend (for those building fullstack) or focus on distributed systems while collaborating across the full stack
- Drive the end-to-end technical architecture for product features
- Ensure a focus on outcomes and ensure your squad is unblocked whether it is frontend or backend code and provide technical guidance to your peers
- Deeply focus on design across the entire stack
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Managers in a squad model to deliver projects on time
- Elevate the engineers around you
- Build with a mind toward scalability, observability, and security
Requirements
- Backend/distributed systems engineering experience
- Ability to architect systems for near real-time processing and personalization of marketing datasets
- Ability to work cross-functionally to deliver agentic interactions integrated with systems
- Ability to architect a clean React frontend or be a distributed systems specialist happy to collaborate across the full stack
