Description

Thinknum is a venture-backed alternative data software startup. Thinknum creates datasets from a broad array of public online sources, capturing ephemeral information on the products, operating markets and labor markets of 500,000+ global companies across sectors, and provides rich toolsets for extracting intelligence. Thinknum has 300+ clients across major corporations and investment firms. We are looking for a Vice President of Sales to help take us to the next level. You should have a strong record of closing large enterprise deals and several years of experience managing a medium-sized sales team (20 people). Experience in SaaS / Data is a plus. Experience selling to large corporations/investment funds is a plus. Objectives: -recruit and hire account executives, BDRs, and SDRs, both in-office and remotely -manage sales pipeline and coach -manage call preparation and do call reviews and weekly meetings with each person on the sales team -collaborate with the product and marketing team to develop an outreach strategy. Qualifications: -experience with scaling a Series A startup and building a great team of at least 20 people -Familiarity with relevant technologies such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, Outreach.
