Description

Territory Sales Officer (General Trade). Achieve sales targets through personal selling and driving distribution, manage distributor system (front-end and back-end infrastructure), analyze MIS reports to identify gaps and opportunities, negotiate with distributors and develop people, cultivate relationships with trade, generate and provide market feedback and reports to branch office, analyze competitive position via improved customer service, monitor distributor performance and take corrective action for infrastructure gaps. Requirements: full-time graduation, minimum 2 years of experience in channel sales, strong in ROI calculations and RS distribution management, knowledge of RS appointment & sales planning, conducting promotional activities and execution, knowledge of MS Office especially Excel, decent communication in English and local language desired. Reports to ASM. Location: Anywhere in UP.
