Description

The Vice President of People will report to the Senior Vice President of People Operations and lead an integrated, insights-driven talent strategy across the full employee experience. Responsibilities include setting and driving talent strategy and philosophy; overseeing the full talent lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, performance management, development, engagement, offboarding); establishing employee relations, policy, and risk management standards; leading and developing the Talent function (People Operations and Development & Growth); driving enterprise-level talent planning and culture priorities; and building leadership capacity. The role is responsible for using workforce, engagement, and performance data to monitor organizational health and drive continuous improvement. This is a strategic, systems-oriented leadership role with opportunities for moderate travel (up to 10%). Location is preferred to be based out of a KIPP Foundation office (NYC or Chicago) but remote work full-time is an option.
