Looking for experienced engineers to build and scale infrastructure and data platforms for a Berlin asset management fund. The team is building AI-driven investment infrastructure to support high alpha targets. Responsibilities include designing large-scale data pipelines, evolving lakehouse architecture, strengthening data quality and observability, and building infrastructure for AI/LLM workflows (agentic scaffolding, RAG, LLMOps, AI for engineering). Seeking a hands-on technical leader who can steer initiatives end-to-end while remaining deep in implementation. Company is tech-entrepreneurial in culture, regulated financial institution, team of ~40, flat hierarchy, fast-paced decisions. Onsite requirement: 2 days/week.
