Total cash budget between USD $133,200 (Senior I) and $188,000 (Staff I) depending on seniority and cost of living. For US employees: gross salary between $113,220 and $159,800. Equity via $HOST Token (RSUs). Additional performance share units (PSUs) up to $341,000 per year for eligible role. Benefits for US employees: healthcare (EPO, PPO, HSA), 401(k). 35 days off per year and parental leave. Complimentary mental health/emotional support via therapists on Slack through Spill.

Description
Hospitable is a remote-only, fully distributed company building software for Airbnbs to rent themselves. As a Staff Product Designer, you will lead the design of the platform and ensure intuitive interactions and elegant screens. Responsibilities include leading design from concept to execution (user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual and interaction design), developing and maintaining a consistent design language and style guide, leveraging data/user feedback/research to refine user journeys, driving overall product design vision aligned with company strategy, and inspiring the team with innovative ideas. The role requires very senior UI/UX design experience for a SaaS product and a world-class portfolio. The team uses Whimsical for mockups and Figma for designs. Leadership, communication, creativity, and a deep passion for design are expected. Strong bonus if experience with short-term rental/Airbnb hosting or business.
