Compass is an open-source weekly calendar built for ambitious minimalists. It helps software engineers reclaim control of their time through structure and community. We’re on a mission to help 188M men reach their potential by 2035. Phase 1: build a system that 100 male software engineers deeply love. We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to own key features and infra improvements. This is a contractor role with flexible hours, async communication (mostly GitHub), and minimal meetings. You’ll be joining as teammate #3.
