Description
Remote Front Desk / Guest Experience Associate (Open to Fresh Grads) for TruPorch Homes (PillowPM). Handle guest communication via VoIP calls and messages (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com), resolve guest issues (smart locks, Wi-Fi, heating/cooling) by troubleshooting or dispatching the ground team, coordinate between guests and cleaners/maintenance to ensure smooth arrivals, and assist with reservation modifications and follow-ups to secure 5-star reviews. Requires neutral English for calls, near-native written English for messaging, empathy-based de-escalation, fast learning of tools (PMS, Slack, Airtable), and reliability working from home. Non-negotiable technical requirements include reliable fiber internet (min 25 Mbps), working PC/laptop with VoIP capability and noise-canceling headset, and a quiet dedicated home office. Schedule: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time (EST), 2 days off per week with rotation; willingness to work holidays.
