Description
MissionStaff is hiring an Editorial Production Assistant to support medical education and assessment by ensuring the quality and accuracy of examination content. This role is within the Test Development unit, primarily remote and flexible, with opportunities for growth into higher-level editing roles. Responsibilities include advanced written/verbal communication, strong attention to detail (grammar, punctuation, style), proficiency with databases and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), troubleshooting technical issues, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines, and working with a team-oriented, adaptable mindset. Nice-to-have: experience with content management systems, multimedia content production/media asset management, and familiarity with UAT processes. Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; up to one year of relevant experience (preferably editing/content management). U.S. citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
