Customer Support Representative. Work arrangement: Remote. Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday. Youtooz creates designer toys. Responsibilities include providing customer support across multiple channels while maintaining brand voice; resolving order-related issues (address changes, refunds, lost shipments, product defects); assisting with internal operational and logistical tasks to ensure smooth support, release, and delivery of Youtooz Collectibles; engaging with the community on social media by responding to support inquiries and feedback; acting as a Youtooz brand ambassador. Requirements include +1 years of experience in customer support across multiple channels (email, chat, phone); experience with high-volume & fast-paced customer support; proficient in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, SquareSpace); experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, Zoho); ability to work independently and efficiently; excellent attention to detail; passion for customer support and helping others. Bonus points include Bachelor's Degree or higher; written fluency in additional languages; social media support experience (Twitter, Instagram, Reddit); community management experience; strong familiarity with Internet and pop culture.
