ComfyUI is a 12-person creative AI startup building visual tools powered by generative models. The Founding Technical Recruiter will own recruiting end-to-end: design interview loops, implement ATS and recruiting operations, and hire engineers, designers, and GTM talent. The role partners directly with founders to shape team and culture during rapid scaling (0→1). Location: San Francisco, on-site 5 days/week. Requirements include 5+ years recruiting for VC-backed or hyper-growth startups, experience building systems/processes, and the ability to operate independently while collaborating with leadership.
