Interface Biosciences is an early stage startup focused on identifying novel anti-inflammatory molecules produced by commensal gut and skin microbes. Natural products identified from microbes are still the best source of new drugs (over 50% of scaffold in the last 50 years are natural products) humanity has access to and yet no one has systematically mined the human microbiome for drug-like natural products. Join our Palo Alto based team working to mine the microbiome for the next generation of anti-inflammatory, antibiotic, and anti-cancer therapeutics.
