Description
Lantern is building AI-powered revenue intelligence and is hiring multiple software engineering roles. Senior Software Engineer: own complex technical problems end-to-end, design scalable architecture, optimize AI model efficiency through prompt engineering, and ship impactful features. Junior Software Engineer: work across the stack (Python, FastAPI, Next.js, React) alongside senior engineers, contribute to real features, and grow with the company. New Grad Software Engineer: entry-level role for recent grads working with modern data stack (Postgres, ElasticSearch, ClickHouse, DuckDB), Kubernetes/AWS deployment, and Temporal.io workflow orchestration while shipping production code.
